About the event
Our annual public meeting, Together with Barnwood, is an opportunity for both longstanding supporters and those who are new to the Trust to hear directly from Barnwood staff, funded partners and Circle members.
We will share the projects we are leading and influencing to create positive change across Gloucestershire for disabled people and people experiencing mental health conditions.
The event will also provide an opportunity to connect with others and enjoy a networking lunch together.

Scheduled Talks
Talks 1 and 3 will run at the same time, as will Talks 2 and 4. Don't worry if you're interested in all four – every talk will be recorded and included in the post-event goodie bag.
1) Stronger together: What makes a good partnership?
Join us for a panel discussion with Barnwood's Influencing Team and two of our partners as we explore what good partnership working looks like, how you cultivate it, and the impact this has.
2) Beyond the grant: New approaches to funding impact
Grant funding remains a vital tool for change, but it is only one part of the picture. This panel discussion explores how grants, loans, social investment and other forms of capital can work together to unlock new opportunities and deliver lasting impact.
3) Voice and power: How are involvement practices evolving at Barnwood?
Hear from Barnwood Circle and team members about our approaches to participation, the impact it has on our work, what it means to those who have been involved and how we hope to go further.
4) Barnwood Trust: Past, present and future
Barnwood's CEO, Matt Little will share reflections about the Trust's direction, what this means for the work we choose to do, how we connect to Gloucestershire and beyond, and how our ways of working matter in a fast-changing and inequitable world.
